Dicalcium Phosphate: DCP also known as Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate is a mineral and member of Calcium and Phosphate family, and the Calcium phosphate with Formula CaHPO4 and it's dehydrate of leavening salt that transfers into an acid when it contacts water and heat.
The "di" prefix in the common name arises because the formation of the formation of the HPO4(2-) nations involved in the protons from Phosphoric acid H3PO4. It's salt of phosphoric acid is an additive product.
Dicalcium Phosphate has many purposes. Manufacturers add it to cosmetics; Doctors use it for healing; and you can take it to get more Phosphorous and Calcium.
It is also used as feed additive/supplement in the livestock feed industry.
